Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your order number and tracking details once your item has shipped.

Delivery Estimates

• Standard Ground (small items): 3–7 business days after processing
• Freight Shipping (large equipment): 5–10 business days after processing
• Remote / rural areas: Allow an additional 2–5 business days

Shipping Carriers

We ship via trusted, fully insured carriers including UPS Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, and freight partners for oversized items such as riding mowers and zero-turn mowers. The carrier is selected automatically based on product size, weight, and destination.

Tracking Information

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently ship to the contiguous 48 United States only.
• We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international destinations at this time.
• Some oversized items may require a delivery appointment; the carrier will contact you to schedule.
• P.O. Box deliveries are not available for large equipment — a physical address is required.

Free shipping applies to all orders within the contiguous United States with no minimum purchase required.

Return Period

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. If 14 days have passed since your item was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

• Items must be in their original condition — unused, unwashed, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
• Product manuals, assembly tools, and included accessories must be returned together with the main item.
• Items that show signs of installation, fuel use, or outdoor use may not be eligible for a full refund.
• Original shipping packaging should be used whenever possible to prevent transit damage.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 days for the funds to appear in your account.

Damaged Item Policy

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — you will not be charged for return shipping on damaged items.
